Terms of Service

1. What BlitzLetter is

BlitzLetter (“we”, “our”, “the service”) is an AI-powered cover letter generation tool. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. AI-generated content disclaimer

All cover letters generated by BlitzLetter are produced by an AI language model. You are solely responsible for reviewing all output for accuracy, truthfulness, and appropriateness before submitting to any employer. BlitzLetter makes no warranties about the suitability, quality, or accuracy of generated letters for any specific application.

The Humanise feature significantly reduces the statistical likelihood of AI detection tools flagging your letter. We do not guarantee that any letter will pass all AI detection systems. You accept this limitation by using the feature.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use BlitzLetter to:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier usage limits
• Automate or scrape the service programmatically beyond its intended use
• Generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresents your credentials
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a standalone service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI prompts or system logic

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without notice or refund.

4. Subscriptions and billing

All paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of first charge, provided you have generated more than 5 letters on the plan. If you generated 5 or fewer letters and request a refund within 7 days, we will honour it.

Monthly letter limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Unused letters do not roll over.

5. Intellectual property

You own the cover letters generated using your CV and job description inputs. BlitzLetter retains ownership of its platform, AI system design, prompts, templates, and branding.

6. Limitation of liability

BlitzLetter is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost employment opportunities, however caused, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
